No, you install absolutely nothing on your computer. Your e-mail client (i.e., MS Outlook) needs to be connected to the Internet and be capable of viewing HTML, Java and Javascript in order to experience the full rich multimedia. Otherwise, no downloads or plug-ins are needed. Will Vissent disclose or sell my client list? No. Vissent will never disclose or sell your e-mail list. Vissent prides itself on keeping its customers’ e-mail lists and client information private and confidential. Will all my customers be able to receive my email campaign? Yes, Vissent’s VSX™ technology ensures that your customers will receive the highest quality and most appropriately formatted messages when you send your email campaign. VSX™ technology auto-detects a recipient’s e-mail client then sends the most appropriate formatted message (i.e., text, HTML or multimedia). What about viruses? Vissent's VSX™ Messaging technology delivers the e-mail message without any attachments. No plug-ins or downloads are needed or required to read the email. There is less of a chance to obtain a virus, since there are no downloads. What can I track in my reports? Vissent allows you to track key customer attributes. Some tracked items include delivery rates versus sent rates, forwarding to a friend for viral marketing, customers’ Internet connection speeds and video plug-ins to determine effectiveness of campaigns. With Vissent’s online account system, you can review your reports real-time. With just one click, export reports to Excel to analyze data and track trends. How do I manage my e-mail lists? You manage your list using Vissent’s Automation. You can create or upload multiple e-mail lists, edit your lists, remove duplicate addresses, personalize the lists, and more. You can do all your list management through Automation’s easy-to-use interface. How often can I send my campaigns? You can send campaigns as often or as seldom as you want. Just choose a subscription, get setup and go. Automation supports recurring e-mail campaigns. Now, you are able to send the same campaign on a recurring basis, from daily, weekly or monthly. What if I have a problem? At this time, we only have online support and will respond within 24 hours. E-mail us at support@vissent.com. How is the e-mail designed and developed? The creative process and the associative costs vary on a per project basis. Depending on the complexity of the desired result, Vissent will either design the e-mail campaign internally, or team up with one of our multimedia partners to drive the creative process. In these cases, a price is negotiated with the design firm before any work begins, with the client taking as active a role as desired. If our client has their own design resources, we will provide them with the necessary requirements to deliver appropriate content to Vissent for delivery. This content may include HTML, image assets, Flash source code, etc. |
